Order Cancellations, Return policies, Refunds
We do everything we can to help customers get their orders filled. GBL Chemical Hub politely asks customers not to cancel their orders. If you want to cancel an order, send us an email at [email protected] with the reason by the end of business on the day you made the order. If you made the order after business hours, we will look at the information on the next business day.
We all know that there are often problems and delays in the supply line. If there’s a delay in shipping your order, we’ll send you an email or give you a call to let you know when it will probably ship and arrive. *Please make sure that your email server will accept emails from us (We use an email server from TITAN server, with the business name ending in @gbl-chemical-hub.com). Look there as well.
When supply chain problems or delivery problems cause delays, we respectfully ask customers not to cancel orders after they have been told about the delay and given us the “OK” to move forward with the order. If you quit after giving us the “ok” after being told of a delay, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee, which you agree to pay.
We can’t change items that have already been shipped. If the product is rejected when it is shipped and delivered, there will be a restocking fee of at least 10% on top of any other fees.
Please have patience with returns and refunds. It can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve a refund for a cancelled sale and for the money to show up on your payment method.
Because the chemicals we sell are what they are, we don’t usually take returns. We usually only accept returns if we sent the wrong thing. So, returns are made on a case-by-case basis, and they all have to be approved in advance.
If you need to return something, please contact us with your order number and information about the item you want to return. If we agree to the return, we will tell you how to send back the things from your order.
If we do agree to take back the item and it wasn’t our fault, we usually charge a refund fee of 10% to 20% at most. The customer will have to pay for return shipping.
It can take up to 7 to 10 business days to approve a refund for a returned or canceled order, and more days for the money to show up on your way of payment.

Gbl Chemical Hub tries to be as accurate as possible when describing goods, and supplies. However, we can’t guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information you get from our website, phone calls, or emails and how you’ll use it.
It is up to the customer to do enough study to figure out how to use and get rid of the things they buy. Depending on what the manufacturer’s specifications about a certain product, the color or smell may be different from one lot to the next.
