HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND RECEIVE AN ORDER?

After you place an order, a confirmation email with a list of the items you bought is sent to the email address you provided.

After we get your payment, we will process and ship your order within 2–5 business days. We can only give you a rough idea of when your package will arrive based on our data and past experience.

The length of time it takes to ship something depends on a number of things, such as the type of shipping, how well the mail service works, how long it takes to clear customs, whether the package is traveling internationally, etc.

Shipping within the USA, where most of our customers live, usually takes between 2 and 4 working days.

WILL I BE CONTACTED IF THE IS A DELAY TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Yes, if there is a delay, we will call or email you to let you know and get your permission to continue with the order. If the wait time does not work for you, you do not have to buy it. But if you give us the “go ahead” to move forward based on the shipping time we give you, we ask that you please do not cancel the order as agreed.

DOES GBL CHEMICAL HUB OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Only a few of Gbl Chemical Hub`s goods can be shipped for free, and the details will be shown on the product’s web page. Shipping is usually not free when you Chemicals. Some products, GBL (Gamma-butyrolactone) and GHB (Gamma Hydroxybutyrate) and many other related products for home and lab use may be shipped for free. Items that ship for free will say so in the description, and when you check out, you will see that there are no shipping fees. Most of our industrial chemicals ship via LTL freight or, in some cases, ground shipping, and we do not offer free shipping on those.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We would inform all customers who signed to our news lister via the email address they provided periodically, when a new product is up and when a product is back in stock.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO A P.O.BOX ADDRESS?

We can send packages to a Post Office Box, yes. This does not work for APO (Army Post Office) addresses, though. You will have to use your home or payment address instead, and then ask your family or friends to resend or redirect it to you once they get it. Please let us know when you place your order if you have any special shipping needs.
